Our run club 5km-10km plan starts on Wednesday 3rd of January and will be like no other. 


This will start with a 1 hour session at the shop and will include

  • Registration.
  • An Overview of the next 9 weeks.
  • Running and nutrition tips from what to wear to what to eat.
  • Added to our secret Facebook group where we will share nutrition and training tips.
  • Finishing with a Q&A session

Our first official run will begin on the 8th at 7pm from Bay Running Shop.

The plan is an easy to follow 9-week plan incorporation intervals and tempo runs and you will be fully supported by the team at The Bay Running Shop.

You will need to run a further 2 x a week. You can do this on your own or with the group which we will arrange. 

Included, you will have access to nutrition, stretching and recovery tips and how to run efficiently workshops during the course of the 9 weeks. 

The nine-week programme is suitable for those who can run 5km without stopping and those who are returning to running after a lengthy break. 

Group size is limited and sessions can only be attended if you have pre-registered.

We have changing facilities and a safe place to leave valuables for run club members.

* There is a £10 charge for the whole 9 weeks to secure your place. Included in this is a HI-Viz vest and hand held water bottle. Being a run club member you also get 10% off all purchases in store.
