Continuing a very successful C25k club we are opening the doors to go again our next run club for beginners plan starts on 20th August at 6pm and will be like no other.
This will be taking place at The Bay Running Shop.
The plan is an easy to follow walk / jog leading up to running 5km continuously. You will be fully supported by team at The Bay Running Shop. You will need to Walk/Jog a further 2 x a week. You can do this on your own or with the group which meet at the shop Wednesday at 6pm and Saturdays at 9am. Included, you will have access to nutrition, stretching and recovery tips and how to run efficiently workshops during the course of the 9 weeks.
The nine-week programme is suitable for beginners and those who are returning to running after a lengthy break. Group size is limited and sessions can only be attended if you have pre-registered. We have changing facilities, and a safe place to leave valuables for run club members.
